Noida, India – The AAFT School of Health and Wellness, in association with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), commemorated World Mental Health Day on October 9th with a series of discussions, workshops, and activities focused on mental well-being. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and to foster a supportive environment for open conversations on this vital topic.
