About the Forum
The International Cultural Forum at the 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026 is a premier platform dedicated to fostering cultural diplomacy, artistic collaboration, and international understanding through cinema, media, and the creative arts .
The forum brings together filmmakers, artists, diplomats, media professionals, academicians, and cultural leaders from across the world to exchange ideas, showcase creative work, and build lasting international partnerships . The 19th edition has already witnessed international engagement from over 100 countries in its preparations .
Under the leadership of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Festival President, the forum operates through dedicated Film and Cultural Forums with individual nations, including the Indo-Australia, Indo-Russia, Indo-Malaysia, Indo-South Korea, and Indo-Trinidad & Tobago forums, among many others .
Mission: To use art and culture as bridges between nations, promoting peace, mutual respect, and creative collaboration on a global scale.
